Carolina Hope Christian Adoption Agency Photolisting

The following children are available for adoption. We ask that you have approval from Immigration and Naturalization Services now called BCIS (Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services)approval or at least close to receiving BCIS approval. If you are BCIS (Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services) approved and a child is assigned to you, the child will be placed on hold for seven days. Before a child is considered fully assigned to you, you must sign a commitment letter as well as pay established facilitator and agency fees. If the commitment letter is not received by fax within seven days, and funds are not received within the office within 10 days, then the child can be assigned to another family unless special arrangements are made. These children cannot be held for families who will take months to complete all the paperwork; it is not fair to the children or to you, the prospective adoptive parent. Also, certain country programs only hold the child for a few months before referring them to another agency.

Having several families who are interested in a specific child, provides a child with an increased opportunity to be adopted. Yet one family must ultimately commit to the child. Therefore, we ask that you make a decision within a few days. Having a child's videotape evaluated by a physician who specializes in international adoptions is highly recommended, and we understand that until you get the results back from a clinic, you cannot give the agency a definitive answer. Certainly making this life-long decision involves serious consideration.

We ask that only those who are seriously interested in adopting, a child request a video and further information on a child. There is much time and expense in this process and for that reason we want only those who are qualified to adopt. Thus, you must first submit an application along with the $250 fee before we can send a videotape of a child to you.

If you are not BCIS (Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services) approved and are just beginning the process, please give us a call. We can help you through the whole process. You probably cannot adopt one of the children who is on the photolisting page today, but children regularly come available. Most children we have available never go on the photolisting page because our clients are the first persons to know of the availability of the children. It is only when we do not have a family with CAROLINA HOPE that we place a child's photo on the website.

We trust that God will lead you to the child He has for you.
